Preparation Time
Each piece is made especially after your order is placed. Preparation time is up to 7 business days.
Shipping
Your order is shipped once preparation is complete.
Shipping: ₪35 · Delivery time: 3–5 business days
Exchanges
You can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. The item must be new, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original condition.
Hygiene Conditions
Items that have been worn, washed, or had the hygiene liner removed cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom-Made Items
Items made to custom measurements or special selections cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for an exchange are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged Item or Order Error
If you receive a damaged item or there is an error on VIA’s side, contact us as soon as possible and include a photo.
